08/06/2018RMail offers two different technologies or specifications: TLS (forced) and SecurePDF. If TLS is set as the default technology, SecurePDF will automatically be used if TLS encryption fails.
Furthermore RMail offers with its RPX function the encryption of documents and emails with an individual password. You can thus ensure that the documents sent can only be read by the persons to whom you have given the password (DataLossPrevention).
